About the artwork

This artwork is an epiphany of slow life, almost like a journal pieced together over the years. It began as an experiment, until the unfinished piece was left alone for several years. Sometimes it resurfaced, only to be forgotten again.

Until something shifted.

One day there was a bit of leftover paint and no place to put it, until this forgotten piece suddenly started to feel inviting again. And oh boy, what an adventure it became! A playground for wiping brushes, making marks, and letting curiosity lead the way.

This autumn took the shape of an inspiration, a playful trickster chasing you through the forest and hiding every time you turn around.

When the sun no longer warms your skin, the warmth comes from within. From play, laughter, the joy of discovery. This autumn was gentle, and full of happy surprises.
